Bathurst and Glencairn Condos is a new mid-rise and mixed-use residential condominium development by Greatwise Development coming soon to the southeast corner of Bathurst Street and Glencairn Avenue in Toronto, Ontario on 491 Glencairn Avenue. It is a proposed 10 storey building with a total of 150 residential suites and 149 parking spaces designed by CORE Architects.
Bathurst & Glencairn is being developed by Toronto-based real estate developer and builder Greatwise Development Corporation. Citä Alta Vista - A new condominium development currently under construction located at Kilborn Avenue in Ottawa, Ontario with 14 storeys. Designed by Roderick Lahey Architect Inc. and scheduled for completion in 2016. Sales for available units range in price from $189,900 to over $443,101.
